Accommodation rules

  1. Guest are accommodated only after proper reservation (phone call, sms, email).
  2. In urgent matters, owner has the right to change reservations as it is needed.
  3. Reservation of apartment lasts only for first 30 minutes after the start of reservation. If guest does not send any update (in case something changed) to the owner, the reservation ends after expiration of first 30 minutes.
  4. Guests must leave apartment in agreed time. Reservation can be prolonged for agreed period. This is possible only when it is discussed beforehand with the owner.
  5. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause in the apartment. Every damage is charged by the fee.
  6. Guests are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness.
  7. Guests are not allowed to use any electrical devices except those which are already installed in the apartment and those that are used for personal hygiene.
  8. Apartments are designed for stay of two persons. Visit of any other person during the reservation is possible only with approval of owner.
  9. Before leaving, guests are obliged to close water taps, windows, switch off the lights and lock the doors.
  10. Guests are obliged to pay for consumed food and beverages according to price list.
  11. Guest are not allowed to use open fire inside the apartment including candles!.
  12. Guests must comply night piece (from 22:00 to 7:00) and be reasonably quiet during the day.
  13. In the apartments where is forbidden to smoke are guest obliged to comply.
  14. If guests violate grossly accommodation rules, owner has the right to cancel their reservation without compensation.
